Mailbox M-Series Key Replacement
Description
Description
Gen-3 M series keys are to be used with Mail Boss mailboxes that have wafer disc locks and manufactured in 2023 or later. We need to know the 5 digit “key number” that starts with M.
- For example, please enter M0515, M1043, or M1267
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, as these keys need to be laser cut individually.
If you are locked out of your Mail Boss, please provide a USPS shipping address you have access to (i.e. not your locked mailbox); if you would prefer we FedEx it, please select the 'FedEx 2-Day' shipping method during checkout.

I have had the mailbox for years, and the lock works as well as the day we installed it. Excellent Quality, Excellent Service, and Straightforward ordering capabilities if you keep your key number information. Thank You!!!
The both worked well.
We purchased the Mail box package, it will hold small thin packages, and mail. If you want a mailbox that holds bigger packages you will have to go up to the mailboxes. So far I really like it. We got the bronze with matching bronze post. Its a brown bronze what I wanted. Easy to install with help.
We were sent the wrong keys. They confirmed the order as the correct keys but then sent us something else. The agent was very nice though so if the correct keys come the next time, I’ll update the review.
Got the replacement keys and they work. Thankgoodness!!
