Gen-3 M series keys are to be used with Mail Boss mailboxes that have wafer disc locks and manufactured in 2023 or later. We need to know the 5 digit “key number” that starts with M.
- For example, please enter M0515, M1043, or M1267
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, as these keys need to be laser cut individually.
If you are locked out of your Mail Boss, please provide a USPS shipping address you have access to (i.e. not your locked mailbox); if you would prefer we FedEx it, contact us at (800) 589-7990 to provide additional payment
