Only had this for about 3 weeks but I will say that this mailbox is built like a tank with heavy metal through and through. Ordering experience was excellent and the mailbox arrived quick. Installation instructions were clear and cost was reasonable considering the quality of the unit.

It's not exactly like the one I ordered, but it works. The quality is excellent as I stated before. The mailbox is installed and ready which is very easy to do. The instructions are excellent. Today I received the mail boss order which arrived earlier then expected. Unfortunately when I unlocked the door the door came off. It looked like it was poorly made. The quality seem very good but when I ordered the dent or scratched..I did not expect to be decieved with a defective product. Since it's sold as is. I don't think there a solution. So as far as it stands, is a worthless locking mail box We are all hard working people living through tough times and every dollar we spent comes out of our hard earned money. I am not sure if you can assist me in solving this problem or have a replacement for that broken locking door. I have attached a photo to show you how it broke off without any force in opening it.
