Lost your original keys? Just need an extra or two? No problem. We keep ordering new keys as painless as possible. All you need is the 5 or 6-digit code found on the face of your key.

Pro tip: save your key number
Without your key number, you cannot order a copy of your key. We recommend taking a picture of your key, jotting the number down in your phone, or registering it with us.
What if I don't have my key number?
If you've lost your key and didn't jot the number down or register it with us, you won't be able to order a replacement key. Once locked out of your box, the only way to regain access is by ordering a lock and key replacement kit.
Can the USPS open my mailbox?
No. USPS postal workers cannot be required to carry keys to locking mailboxes, nor does the post office have any kind of master key that can open our mailboxes. For more on how locking mailboxes work, read our article on everything locking mailboxes.
