I went to the local keysmith, and he told me he couldn't make the key, but he told me how to get in touch with the mailbox company. I ordered two keys on the website. It stated a 2-week wait. I had the duplicates in less than two weeks, a perfect fit. I am very happy.

I would have expected they keys to work just like our original keys but they don't. I've had to find ways to get them to work.
