Loved the heavy duty construction of the box and the ease of installation. Just one comment about the plastic flag on the box. Why don’t you use metal instead of the plastic? In a colder climate like Reno the plastic can become brittle and has the potential of breaking off. With all the great materials used on the box the plastic flag is a head scratcher.
Absolutely love this and am buying a replacement. Thieves were thwarted trying to get my mail, although they made it inoperable. But they were denied, and that is what counts! Love the great security of this mailbox!
A huge improvement over our last mailbox! It looks like it is harder pry open by mail thieves, and our mail stays dry. We're very happy with our Mail Boss box.
