Having purchased at least five of the Mail Boss boxes over the years, the last one I have to sell that I built, I had six keys. I sold two mail boxes to neighbors and only two keys worked. The remaining one in my garage, I had to secure a locksmith who came out and tried to pick the lock and it was unsuccessful and he drilled it out and once it was opened, I was able to order the replacement offer. Unfortunately, I had to pay $125.00 so don't know why we had one that didn't work. The Mail Boss boxes are exceptional!

Lock is perfect. It took longer than expected to get. 5 days same State.
Stressed me out, had to install it 2 hours before a flight and won't be back for a month.

It works great! The original lock never really worked at all—thanks for the replacement.
