Lock set is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Lock fit perfect, works smooth, was delivered quickly. I ordered the protective cover to keep out the road salt that destroyed the old lock, in only ten years! I’m expecting this one to last the rest of my life with the cover on it. I had accidentally sent it to the wrong address after moving, and customer service was amazing! They were on it like hair on a gorilla! Friendly, polite, and obviously based in the U.S. was an awesome experience.

Easy and fast swap out of the new key lock cylinder that the original Mail Boss lock cylinder successfully kept out someone trying to breach my mailbox .. The original key lock was destroyed. The new lock is different than the original Mail Boss Mail Manager lock, but it fits perfectly and there are YouTube videos you can watch if needed... Without watching any videos it took me less than 10 minutes
