Fantastic customer service over the phone and in person. I purchased four mail manager pro's, the four box bar, post and they are actually better built than I thought they would be. The assembly was simple and easy to do.

I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LIKE IT BUT THE MAIL LADY CAN'T EVEN GET ONE NORMAL SIZE LETTER IN IT WITHOUT PLUGGING IT UP. MOST DAYS THE MAIL NEVER FALLS TO THE BOTTOM. RON
