My partner and I recently moved to a new (old) house and the mailbox is a Mail Manager from Mail Boss. I went to get copies of the key made and my locksmith informed me that they had to be ordered from the company. But he also said, "That's the best mailbox you could have; don't ever replace it!" After going to the Mail Boss website, I decided to order a new lock, which comes with three keys. The new lock installed perfectly, and now I have extra keys and the peace of mind knowing that any previous copies of the original key will no longer work.

Great replacement, but the new nut/bolt attachment of the lockarm is harder to install than the previous philips head screw into the shaft attachment. I got it, but it is harder to work a wrench in the small area than it is to use a screwdriver.
