Heavy. Solid. Works like I wanted. Customer support did a great job taking care of me on a damaged shipment when the first one came in (above and beyond what I expected).
Highly disappointed in my purchase. I was under the assumption that this mailbox was a quality made product, however after one rain storm I realized this mailbox leaks and completely soaks the mail inside. Not what I expected and certainly wouldn't recommend. Even the address stickers that they provide wouldn't stick to the textured material of the mailbox. I didn't even use them on the outside, just the inside of the entry door because I new they wouldn't hold up on the exterior. MailBoss, more like MailLoss.

Very easy install, and the build quality was exactly as expected very durable heavyweight and manufactured to a high tolerance. The lock mechanism was better than expected.
